Welcome to the TalkingJet! By using our website, creating a profile, buying a learning course or subscribing, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree, please do not use our platform. TalkingJet is a digital platform where users can connect with mentors for conversations, support, and mutual understanding. We do not provide medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

2. Who Can Use Our Platform
To use TalkingJet, you must: • Be at least 18 years old; • Accept and follow these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy; • Not use our platform for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.

3. Creating a Profile
Users can register and create a personal profile to use the platform’s features. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for any activity under your account.

4. Behavior Guidelines
We want a respectful and safe community. You agree: • Not to use hate speech, threats, or harass others; • Not to share violent, offensive, or discriminatory content; • Not to act in a way that disrupts the platform or harms others. The platform administrator may block, delete, or suspend any account that breaks these rules or violates socially acceptable norms.

5. Mentors and Responsibility
This platform only connects users with mentors. We do not manage or supervise the services mentors provide. Each mentor is: • Fully responsible for their own advice, support, and communication; • Fully responsible for the accuracy of their stated qualifications, certifications, or professional background. We do not verify or guarantee any mentor’s credentials or the quality of their services.

6. Personal Care and Safety
Our platform is not a medical or mental health service. If you are in crisis, need medical help, or professional mental health support, please contact licensed professionals or emergency services in your country. You are responsible for your own wellbeing and self-care while using this platform.

7. Mentor Grades and Platform Use
TalkingJet offers three categories of mentors: • Mentors: Everyday people offering peer support through shared experiences. • Advanced Mentors: Users who’ve received consistent high ratings and positive feedback from the community. • Professional Mentors: Certified professionals (therapists, coaches, etc.) offering services based on their training. Each mentor is fully responsible for their own services and any claims they make regarding their background, training, or certifications. TalkingJet does not independently verify professional qualifications or guarantee service quality. We simply provide a platform for connection and communication. Users are encouraged to exercise discretion when choosing a mentor and are responsible for deciding what type of support is suitable for their needs.

8. Payments and Subscriptions
We offer access through a monthly subscription. By subscribing, you agree that: • Your card will be charged automatically every month; • Payments are handled by Stripe – they manage your payment data securely; • You can unsubscribe at any time, but the current month will still be charged; • Your cancellation will take effect starting from the next month.

9. Booking Mentoring Sessions
You can book a session with either an Advanced or Professional mentor by paying their set hourly fee, shown at the time of booking. Please note: Cancellation of the scheduled session does not create a refund. Make sure the timing works for you before confirming your booking. After payment is made, it is final. Mentors are fully responsible for the quality and professionalism of the sessions they provide. We encourage you to review their ratings, comments, and—where applicable—any shared qualifications, especially for Professional mentors, before making your choice. If a mentor doesn’t show up for a session, it is considered their responsibility. Please let us know if this happens so we can follow up. When booking a session with an Advanced or Professional mentor, payment is collected at the time of confirmation. If a session does not take place because the mentor did not join, you must report the issue to the platform within 2 days of the scheduled session. After this 2-day period, no disputes will be accepted and no refunds will be assessed. All refund decisions made by the platform are final.

10. Digital Products & Chargebacks
If you purchase an online course or any other digital product through our platform, you understand and agree: • All digital product sales are final; • There are no refunds or chargebacks once access is granted; • You are responsible for checking product descriptions and ensuring it fits your needs before purchasing. This helps us protect the value of our digital services and prevent misuse.

11. Calendar & Video Call Functionality
Our platform includes tools for scheduling calls and holding live video meetings. While we aim to provide stable and accessible services, we do not guarantee that: • Video or audio connections will always work properly; • Scheduled calls will happen on time; • Mentors or users will attend meetings as planned. We are not liable for technical failures, internet disruptions, or missed appointments.

12. How TalkingJet Works
1. Register – Create an account and browse available mentors. 2. Choose a Mentor – Select a mentor category that fits your needs: • Mentors (Free for subscribed users): General emotional support and friendly conversations. • Advanced Mentors (Small fee): More guidance from well-reviewed community members. • Professional Mentors (Paid): Expert support from certified professionals. 3. Book a Session – Use our calendar tool to set up a time. 4. Talk in Real-Time – Meet via video call in a safe and private space.

13.User Content and Moderation
When you post content on TalkingJet (such as messages, comments, profile information, or shared materials), you agree that: • You are the legal owner of the content or have permission to use it; • Your content does not break any laws, violate privacy, or contain harmful or offensive material; • You grant us a non-exclusive right to display your content within the platform. We reserve the right to remove or moderate any user-generated content that we believe: • Violates these Terms of Service; • Is inappropriate, abusive, or illegal; • Harms the reputation or safety of others or the platform. We may also suspend or delete accounts if such content is repeatedly posted. Recording of video and audio of sessions is strictly forbidden.

14. Your Data
We handle your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant US privacy laws. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are important, we’ll let you know. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

16. Intellectual Property
All content on TalkingJet – including text, design, logos, graphics, videos, articles and software – is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This content belongs to TalkingJet or its content creators. You agree not to: • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our platform without written permission; • Use our branding, logos, or materials for commercial purposes without consent; • Claim any ownership over content you did not create. If you upload your own content to your profile (like images, text, or descriptions), you confirm that you have the right to use and share it. You give us permission to display it on the platform as needed.

17. Limitation of Liability
We provide TalkingJet "as is" – without warranties of any kind. That means we: • Do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or security of the platform at all times; • Are not responsible for any advice, services, or content provided by mentors or users; • Are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may happen from using the platform, including emotional, psychological, or financial outcomes; • Any legal or financial disputes between mentors and users. Your use of the platform is at your own risk. We strongly encourage you to make independent decisions and seek licensed professionals when needed.

18. Indemnity
By using TalkingJet, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its team, and any related partners from any claims, losses, damages, legal fees, or costs that arise from: • Your use or misuse of the platform; • Your interactions with mentors or other users; • Any content you upload, share, or distribute; • Your violation of these Terms of Service or someone else’s rights. This clause protects us if your actions lead to legal or financial consequences for the platform.

19. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
TalkingJet uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience, analyze how the platform is used, and personalize content. Cookies help us: • Keep you logged in; • Understand platform performance; • Show you relevant features and content. By using TalkingJet, you agree to our use of cookies. 21. Governing Law

21. Do Not Share Personal or Sensitive Information
To protect your privacy and safety, you must never share the following through TalkingJet, whether in chat, video calls, or uploaded files: • Personal identification numbers (e.g., ID numbers, passport numbers); • Bank account or credit card details; • Login credentials or passwords; • Copies of identity documents or medical records; • Personal medical, financial, or legal case details; • Home address, workplace, or other private location information. TalkingJet is a platform for connection and support – not a secure space for exchanging sensitive or private documents. We do not take responsibility for any consequences resulting from users sharing such information with mentors or other users.
