For example, if you are a Client we may share certain information about you (such as the fact it is your first session on TalkingJet or support areas you are interested in discussing) with the Mentor to ensure the services you receive from the Mentor will fit your needs; such sharing of information is limited in scope, and is intended to improve the services provided and your user experience.
• Legal Authorities when required by law or for fraud prevention.
If we transfer data outside the EU/EEA, we ensure adequate protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an equivalent framework.
